is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Navigator and a member of its Board of Managers. Mr. Imhoff has been a leader and initiator of acquisitions and strategic joint ventures for over 30 years as both a principal and an operating officer. His extensive operational and acquisition experience comes from the following leading companies: Hebi Health Care AB, where he served as Chairman and was a lead investor in this Swedish healthcare company; Hagemeyer Foods, Inc. , a specialty food company which he founded and grew as CEO from zero to over $300 million in sales and EBITDA in excess of $20 million in five years; Jim Walter Corp. , where he served as Group Vice President and Chief International Officer for this home builder and building materials manufacturing company; W. R. Grace & Co. , where he served as Group Vice President of the consumer products and services group and group operations officer for several subsidiaries; and Borden Inc. , where he served as a Senior Marketing and Operations Officer for several Chicago based food subsidiaries. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and is Chairman of Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc. and Compass Water Solutions, Inc. He also served on the board of CK Franchising, Inc. and Project Leadership Associates, Inc. and represented Navigator's interest in Omni-flight Helicopters, Inc. and Digney York Associates, LLC at the board level.

Mr. Markey has led all aspects of the private equity investment process including making new investments, assisting in building portfolio companies, and in exiting investments through sales and initial public offerings. He is a Manager of Cornerstone Franchise Group, LLC. He was Chairman of Project Leadership Associates, Inc. and HTE, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company. He has served on the board of numerous private companies including CK Franchising, Inc., Universal Environmental Services, LLC, Digney York Associates, LLC, and Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc. Mr. Markey is past Chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group, the predecessor to the MAC Alliance. Mr. Markey is a graduate of Villanova University and received his Masters in Management degree from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
is a Managing Partner of Navigator Partners. Mr. Stewart has extensive investing, operating and turnaround experience. Prior to joining Navigator, he was a Managing Director at Nassau Capital, a private equity firm responsible for investing $2.5 billion of Princeton University's $10 billion endowment. At Nassau, he led growth equity investments as well as buyouts and recapitalizations in the communications, healthcare, and transportation industries. In addition, Mr. Stewart was also the Chief Financial Officer of KMC Telecom, the country's largest privately held integrated communication provider. During his tenure at the company, he was responsible for its highly successful operating turnaround and financial restructuring. He served as a Director of KMC from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Stewart serves as a Manager of Cornerstone Franchise Group, LLC. Mr. Stewart has served as a board advisor to Hypercube LLC, a Dallas based provider of toll free origination services to wireless companies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from New York University and Villanova University, respectively.
is a Vice President of Navigator Partners. Mr. Ongsiapco has had extensive experience in the investments industry including asset management, equity and fixed income trading, as well as financial advisory work. Prior to joining Navigator, he was at LPL Financial Services, the largest independent broker dealer in the United States, responsible for a team of analysts overseeing Alternative Investments including REITs, Private Equity Investments, and Private Placements. Mr. Ongsiapco was previously with Quest Capital Strategies where he oversaw the firm's equity and fixed income trading desks. His experience includes international investments, serving as an Investment Officer at the Union Bank of the Philippines, were he managed a portfolio of $25 million. Mr. Ongsiapco holds the NASD Series 6, 7, 24, 53, and 65 licenses. Mr. Ongsiapco received his BA and IMBA with Finance Emphases from the University of San Diego. |
